Position Description
The position is for a California Home Energy Rating System (HERS) certified energy auditor that will support the sale to residential customers of solar and energy efficiency systems. The energy auditor will set up appointments with potential customers, perform energy audits of homes, and design the optimal solution for customers that combine solar PV and other energy efficiency retrofits including lighting, pool pumps, HVAC, insulation, duct sealing and weatherization. The energy auditor will support sales staff in their efforts to close the sales.
Responsibilities
• Convert leads into sales contracts: schedule appointments with customers, visit customers to assess their energy needs, create and deliver proposals, close the sales.
• Coordinate with VP of Sales and Energy Assessments and the rest of the sales and energy assessments team
