RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage the Manufacturing Engineering staff to support a 24x7 factory operation.
• Maintain engineering control procedures to ensure that line operations run in a consistent and controlled manner.
• Work with R&D to evaluate and aggressively implement new technology.
REQUIREMENTS:
• Four-year Engineering Degree from top University (Electrical, Chemical, Materials Engineering preferred).
• Experience with advanced statistics, statistical process control (SPC) and design of experiments (DOE) methods.
